About Us

Since our inception in 1991, we have assisted clients in all aspects of compliance with federal, state, and local election laws, campaign finance bookkeeping and reporting, statewide and local ballot initiatives and referenda petitions, voting rights, ballot access, and other matters involving elections and participation in the political process.

We have represented clients in numerous election-related cases before federal and state trial and appellate courts, and before federal and state administrative agencies.

Additional areas of practice include non-profit organization formation and legal compliance, government ethics, and open meetings and public records.

Our clients include candidates for public office, citizens groups, political action committees, ballot issue groups, corporations, non-profits, labor organizations, public officials, and governmental bodies across Ohio.
